Amardeep Virdi supports the expansion of the firm’s Global Construction Advisory practice across India and contributes to projects throughout the APAC and EMEA regions.
With more than 14 years of experience in construction planning and dispute resolution, Amardeep has worked as a planner across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He specializes in handling expert matters for complex infrastructure projects, including oil and gas, roads, railways, metros, and steel plants.
Amardeep specializes in forensic delay analysis, quantum assessments, as well as disruption, acceleration, and variation claims. Throughout his career, he has provided advice to both employers and contractors on contract and project management issues, assisting clients in navigating complex disputes and claims.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Amardeep was primarily involved in assisting the leadership team in setting up and leading the construction dispute practice in India for KPMG.
He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Pune University and a Post Graduate Program in Advanced Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research.
