Chad Zielinski is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 26 years of hands on experience in the engineering, construction, and forensic engineering fields. Chad’s industry experience in civil/structural engineering includes analysis, design, construction, testing, inspection, condition assessments, and trouble-shooting. Part of Chad’s career included invaluable time in the construction industry as a Project Engineer/Project Manager on a range of design/build and design/bid/build transportation, commercial and industrial projects that include bridges, highways, water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, hospitals, prisons, post offices, government facilities, shopping malls, and commercial buildings. Chad’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and training in the industry gives him advanced insight into investigating property losses.
Chad has provided civil and structural failure/damage consulting services throughout the United States on projects that include single- and multi-family dwellings, commercial buildings, grain elevators, shipping docks, power plants, industrial process plants, warehouses, and chemical production facilities. He specializes in damage assessments from hail and wind storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, fire and explosions. He has inspected and provided scope of damage assessments along with repair and remediation plans for thousands of claims ranging into multi-million dollars.
Chad has extensive experience as an expert witness and as an appraiser. He also provides training and seminars for adjusters, attorneys, engineers, and insurance clients on structural evaluations, roof inspections, hail and wind damage to roofs and other technical subjects.
