LeeAnn M. Goodwin is a construction industry expert specializing in managing all aspects of large, complex commercial projects. Her career has spanned more than 30 years with over 1.3 billion dollars of successful work in place while holding multiple positions of increasing management responsibility.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, LeeAnn was Senior Vice President of a well-respected construction management and general contracting firm. She was responsible for complete oversight, direction, and full and complete financial accountability of the Midwest division, including: business development, bid proposal development and presentations, pre-construction and estimating services, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and personnel resources for all Midwest projects.
LeeAnn’s project experience includes direct on-site management of aviation, convention centers, healthcare, sports facilities, higher education, K-12, commercial office renovation, and multi-housing facilities. She provided risk analysis, pre-construction services, design coordination, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and administration of trade contracts and trade personnel. LeeAnn has extensive experience forecasting and evaluating potential project impacts and facilitating mutually beneficial solutions among numerous stakeholders.
