Since 2004, Lisa Ann Enloe has provided consulting, litigation support and expert testimony in connection with more than 400 complex and unique projects. Lisa’s career spans 30 years as a construction industry professional, with over 1.5 billion dollars in successful projects. She has also provided expert opinion, deposition and litigation support, worked on numerous delay and cost claims and participated in mediation of Owner and Contractor disputes on many large, complex projects.
During her earlier years as Vice President, Executive-in-Charge of Scheduling for The Clark Construction Group, Lisa had full and complete responsibility for bringing many multi-million dollar projects in, on time and on budget. Her multi-pronged efforts including contract negotiations, estimating and bid preparation, purchasing and quality control, negotiating subcontract agreements, design and budget managing, as well as complete project management and superintendent responsibilities. As a result of her wide-ranging involvement in all facets of the building industry, Lisa has designed and taught several training courses on project planning, scheduling, site logistics, subcontractor relations, and change orders.
