Monty Taylor is an accomplished Construction Management Professional with more than 20 years of supervision/management and claims experience. He is seasoned in managing complex projects with cost, schedule and time critical components for public, private and industrial clients both domestic and international. Monty’s construction knowledge, management skills, owner’s representation abilities and construction defect analysis experience are a benefit to our clients.
Monty has been involved in all facets of the construction process, including assistance with design development, conceptual and GMP estimating, bid creation, bid management, contract negotiations, subcontractor negotiation/award, project scheduling, subcontractor management, cost management, staff selection and all duties related to project management.
Monty has managed multiple construction defect investigation teams through litigation inclusive of Attorneys, Consultants, Engineers and Subcontractors to the successful identification, mitigation and closure of alleged defects and water intrusion events. His expertise in this area includes but is not limited to high-rise building, condominiums, apartments, hotels, schools, arenas, government buildings and detention facilities. Monty’s prior experience as a law enforcement investigator and trainer serves our clients well in insuring the highest quality product and most detailed content.
