Natasha Sleigh’s career in the construction industry ranges from technician to consultant. As a technician, she worked on Amtrak Cascades passenger train cars, including interior remodel of certain cars and the installation of wireless internet components throughout the trains. As a consultant, Natasha has experience in claim cost review, cost analysis, delay claim review, estimating, schedule analysis, site monitoring, and quality assurance for commercial, public, residential, and industrial projects.
Since joining J.S. Held in 2013, Natasha has worked on both small and large projects involving physical damage cost claims, schedule delay claims, and other construction related disputes, including litigation. Most notably, Natasha has worked on several builder’s risk losses in the greater New York City area due to Superstorm Sandy and the KCP&L coal-fired power plant in Weston, MO.
Natasha is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University.
