Agnes coordinates field technicians, manages testing schedules for sampling, and ensures that projects meet client deadlines and quality requirements. The role also involves maintaining quality assurance and quality control procedures, monitoring equipment, and resource use, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Additionally, she communicates with clients, supports project managers, manages budgets and staffing needs, and continually improves operational processes to maintain accuracy, reliability, and profitability. Agnes has also developed a deep understanding of environmental services and the complexities of contract management.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Agnes joined Clark Seif Clark, Inc. (CSC) in 2004 as an Administrator. She quickly adapted and advanced within the company, earning her first promotion to Staff Accountant/Contracts Administrator in 2008. Due to her dedication and growth, she was promoted in 2016 to Senior Accounts and Contracts Manager. In 2025, Agnes was promoted to Operations Manager.
