Andrew has been in the site remediation industry since 2016. His experience includes planning, conducting, and helping manage a wide range of environmental due diligence, site investigation, site remediation, reporting, permitting, and administrative activities in New Jersey and New York under the oversight of an LSRP. His primary focus is commercial and industrial properties with complex, multi-media, multi-contaminant impacts over extensive areas and historical timeframes. In addition, he provided PCB and petroleum emergency spill response services for a major regional utility provider, has overseen insurance, 3rd party, and LCP projects, facilitated remediation waste disposal services, performed limited landfill inspection activities, and assists with UST closures.
Andrew’s educational background is in the biological sciences, with focuses on organismal biology, agriculture, ecology, behavior, and fisheries and wildlife management. He holds a graduate degree in chemical ecology, where his research focused on the role of chemical messengers in the life history of migratory fishes and how it may be applied to fisheries restoration and management initiatives. He has several published works in peer-reviewed academic journals and conducted research as a volunteer with the United States Geological Survey. He has also previously worked as a lake biologist, where he performed management services for invasive and nuisance aquatic vegetation, and has worked for multiple public university cooperative extensions, where he performed scientific crop management activities and research.
