Antony Davis is part of J.S. Held's team of expert forensic architects, which advises on construction claims and disputes globally.

Antony is also a Chartered Architect with over 20 years of post-qualification experience, including 10 years in private practice as a Technical Director of a RIBA Chartered Practice, working on Education, Housing, Commercial, Retail, Transport, and Infrastructure projects.

Antony has also worked as a Design Manager for a Developer / Contractor on a large number of complex building projects including One Bishopsgate Plaza, a large Residential / Hotel / Retail Tower in London.

As an Expert Witness, Antony provides opinions on the analysis of evidence, advice to help assess risk, and writes reports for use in legal proceedings. He investigates regulatory compliance, design obligations, design management, contract administration, specification & detailing, workmanship, construction defects, and remedial works. He undertakes technical audits, typically comprising BIM and design information reviews, to verify compliance with relevant building codes and standards, pre and post-construction.

Antony holds various Degrees in architecture from the University of Brighton (1993), University College London Bartlett School of Architecture (2000), and a Master of Contract Law and Dispute Resolution from Kings College London (2018).

Antony has a Certificate in Associate Teaching (PCGHE) from the University of Nottingham (2011) and has been a RIBA Part III Professional Practice External Assessor at the University of Brighton since 2019. He has geographical experience with projects in the UK and abroad.
