Art is the Senior Director of litigation support and expert witness services. As such, he has a leadership role in environmental legal matters supported by J.S. Held, including environmental, toxic tort, insurance litigation, arbitrations, mediations, damages allocation, apportionment, regulatory oversight and enforcement, and corporate and professional liability. He has extensive involvement in developing and drafting expert opinions and testimony relating to site investigation and remediation, historical manufacturing operations, waste management, property damage, bodily harm, natural resource damages (NRDs), state-of-the-art practices, and standard of care.
