Summary of Experience:

Consultant and expert witness for the legal, industrial, and insurance communities, Mr. Eigner serves as a Senior Investigator II. He is an experienced Fire Investigator who is certified through the International Association of Arson Investigators. Mr. Eigner has extensive experience in hands-on fire-scene investigation, obtaining witness information, fire-scene processing, fire pattern analysis, post-flashover pattern analysis, electrical arc recognition, arc mapping, fire dynamics, fire-scene photography, aerial photography, wildland fire-scene geographical information systems, digital diagrams/fire-scene sketches, evidence recognition, evidence preservation, evidence recovery, evidence analysis, laboratory bench tests, evidence examinations, and report preparation. Mr. Eigner has directed technical reviews on forensic investigation projects, collaborated with attorneys, investigators, vendors, and clients to assure the best results possible throughout the investigation and litigation process.

Mr. Eigner a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (IAAI-CFI) with the International Association of Arson Investigators and works as a Fire Investigator internationally. He has an undergraduate degree in Law and Justice from Central Washington University. Mr. Eigner is a licensed Private Investigator with a demonstrated history of working in the fire and explosion forensics industry. He has completed numerous educational seminars and continuing education courses in the field of forensic investigation. Mr. Eigner manages fire investigation and product liability projects. He communicates with client onsite and identifies subrogation and recovery potential. Mr. Eigner’s professionalism and attention to details evident in his work product.
