Ben O’Hara specializes in construction management, residential and commercial estimating, construction cost analysis, and disaster recovery efforts. With over 30 years of experience, he has acquired extensive knowledge of building practices, codes, and project scheduling.

Ben's project experience spans multiple countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan. His involvement in projects across these diverse locations has provided him with a broad perspective and the ability to adapt to different environments and cultural contexts. Ben’s proven success working with architects, engineers, designers, claims adjusters, insurance agents, city officials, property/facility managers, and homeowners is reflected in his stellar customer service ratings and timely project completions.

Ben has presented written and oral expert witness testimony in alternate dispute resolution procedures, including mediation. He is involved in estimating, project management, cost analysis, and onsite project monitoring. Ben holds an Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis in Construction and Engineering from the University of Maryland, earned in 2000. Prior to completing his academic studies, he served in the U.S. Navy as a Builder First Class from 1994 to 2000, gaining valuable experience in construction and leadership within a military context.
