Brandon Davis has over 18 years of experience in building construction, structural design, and forensic engineering. As a forensic engineer, Brandon provides expertise in resolving civil and structural-related incidents, including those caused by wind, flood, fire, hail, settlement, blasting operations, and vehicle and tree impacts. Brandon has also rendered expert opinions on construction defects and building code compliance.
Brandon currently focuses on providing subject matter expertise in cases involving property damage, construction litigation, and other related areas. Between 2022 and 2024, Brandon also served as the Northeast Regional Lead for the Forensic Architecture & Engineering (FA&E) practice group, with responsibilities that included administrative and technical leadership for a team of engineers and architects spanning from Virginia to Maine. Brandon is also a participating member of J.S. Held’s Military Hiring Initiative.
Brandon’s experience is enhanced by over five years of service as an Engineer Officer in the active-duty Army. His many assignments included service as a construction supervisor while deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and as Commander of a Basic Training company at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
Brandon graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2012 with a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Brandon holds professional engineering licenses in multiple states.
