Caitlyn Spink is a professional engineer with a structural engineering and construction management background. She has experience in designing and constructing concrete, CMU, and steel structures and has produced construction documents for multi-family residential, manufacturing, higher education, and healthcare projects. Caitlyn has performed site observations and inspections for various projects and has provided recommended corrections and solutions due to construction issues.
Prior to her structural engineering experience, Caitlyn worked as an engineer for a nationwide general contractor. She managed a variety of scopes on multiple projects, provided constructability reviews, and ensured coordination between trades. She also provided change management and reviewed costs due to the modified scope or construction development.
As a licensed professional engineer, Caitlyn conducts forensic investigations and provides detailed assessments as part of J.S. Held's Forensic Engineering and Architectural practice group.
