Candice has extensive expertise in indoor air quality, moisture and microbial assessments, radon, asbestos, and lead-based paint. She manages and performs scientific field studies, including indoor air quality and moisture-microbial evaluations, radon and allergen assessments, noise dosimetry, and worker exposure monitoring. Her work also includes inspections, sampling, project monitoring, and the development of specifications and operations and maintenance programs to support regulatory compliance for commercial, industrial, and government clients.
At J.S. Held, Candice leads multidisciplinary projects, collaborating with stakeholders to assess conditions, characterize risk, and support informed decision-making.
