Carlos has more than 25 years of experience in construction, supervision, and appraising. Carlos has participated in infrastructure, edification, tourism, housing, and commercial projects like bridges, highways, tunnels, offices, apartments, cinemas, hotels, golf courses, and malls. He was the Chief Officer for all federal appraising and construction in border points of entry and federal palaces.
Carlos provides supervision and coordination, assuring quality, compliance, all while meeting the client’s requirements. He also attends client meetings, manages resources, and authorizes hours, expenses, and invoices.
