Cary joined J.S. Held in 2021 and has over 25 years of experience in the Construction and Restoration Industry. During his career, Cary has led many small- and large-scale construction projects in residential and commercial fields, ranging from single-family homes to casinos, healthcare facilities, and restaurants. He is well-versed in contract negotiations, client relations, site management, construction best practice evaluation, scheduling, quality control, OSHA guidelines, and project management. In addition to his extensive construction and reconstruction experience, he has 7 years of experience managing a national mitigation and restoration division.
Prior to joining the J.S. Held team, Cary was Vice President for a National General Contractor servicing 26 states throughout the U.S. As Vice President, he was responsible for overseeing several divisions including roofing, mitigation, restoration, and new construction.
