Chris’ experience in the restoration industry dates to 2007. Starting as a technician working on fire and water mitigation and mold remediation claims, Chris quickly worked his way up to managing crews and estimating. After learning structural repair estimating for restoration projects and with an emphasis in budgeting and job costing, Chris was promoted to Construction Manager and later became Director of Operations. Overseeing the mitigation, restoration, and plumbing departments, he was responsible for working with adjusters to reach agreements on scopes and overseeing all stages of work.
Specializing in the use of Xactimate Chris has personally trained many Estimators and Project Managers to understand the proper use of the software and it’s roll in properly job costing and billing for insurance work.
Prior to 2007, Chris worked as a farrier for 10 years and also spent 2 years in underground pipeline industry on main line sewer, water, and storm drain projects.
