Christopher Zabaglo joined J.S. Held in May of 2026 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Clark Seif Clark, Inc. He specializes in environmental site investigations as well as regulatory compliance support for commercial, industrial, and municipal properties. He has experience conducting groundwater, soil, dust, and hazardous building material sampling to support environmental assessments, site characterization, and compliance-driven projects.
With a Bachelor of Science in Geology from California State University, Christopher's expertise includes low-flow and three-well groundwater sampling, Preliminary Environmental Assessments (PEAs), post-wildfire environmental investigations, Rule 403 fugitive dust monitoring, PCB-containing hazardous building material surveys, and stockpile soil characterization programs. He also supports environmental data analysis and reporting through field data management, laboratory sample coordination, technical documentation, environmental mapping, and environmental investigations from field sampling through documentation and reporting, helping clients evaluate environmental conditions and meet regulatory requirements.
