Daniel McCrave-Bessette brings over 15 years of experience in analyzing and testifying on delay and inefficiency claims for complex construction projects. He specializes in Critical Path Method scheduling, Time Impact Analysis, Forensic Schedule Analysis, Project Controls, and productivity loss assessments, delivering defensible opinions in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

Daniel's expertise spans government contracts and major infrastructure programs, including transportation, utilities, power, and large-scale residential and commercial developments. Daniel has worked on highways, bridges, transit systems, federal facilities, and luxury mixed-use projects, representing contractors, owners, and subcontractors.

Before transitioning into consulting, Daniel served as a project manager and superintendent on bridge and utility projects and worked as a designer for mass concrete thermal controls. As a Director in Construction Advisory Services, he focuses on delay and disruption analysis, cost evaluation, and schedule development for diverse clients and projects.

Daniel holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
