The practice area quantifies economic damages arising from intellectual property disputes and provides general litigation support.
David has worked on a variety of engagements involving disputes over patents, copyrights, and trade secrets, where he has conducted analyses related to reasonable royalties, lost profits, disgorgement, unjust enrichment, and other measures of economic impact.
Prior to joining the team at Ocean Tomo, David was a Research Associate at Cornerstone Research for over five years, where he primarily split his time between the Intellectual Property and Antitrust practice areas. Mr. Goldstein’s experience covers a broad range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy, agriculture, healthcare, and consumer goods.
David holds a B.A. Honors Specialization in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a B.A. Honors in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business, both located in London, Canada.
