Elin Whiteley is a project consultant with a background rooted in the fields of disaster restoration, construction, and facilities management. Elin’s experience stems from a history of serving as a lead mitigation technician and project clerk on properties suffering water, microbial, fire, and other damages. Elin has long-acted as a main liaison between clients, staff, vendors, and other parties to facilitate an efficient and accurate understanding of the project from start to finish.

Elin currently serves on the Board of Directors for Partners In Careers, a non-profit organization in Vancouver, WA that is committed to assisting individuals become self-sufficient through specialized job-training, resources, and employment services. Prior to joining J.S. Held, Elin served many years at the State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services, where she assisted in the daily operations of facilities and building management, as well as supported major building and renovation projects for the surrounding local area offices. Elin’s other previous history includes seven years as a manager for an authorized service and repair center in the telecommunications industry.
