Erin Fallon has over twenty years of experience performing expert consulting and project advisory services for clients in the engineering and construction industries. She provides construction advisory, construction claim consulting, and dispute resolution services on behalf of owners, private investors, EPC contractors, general contractors, specialty contractors, design professionals, insurance carriers, and attorneys.
Erin’s experience includes providing consulting services on a wide range of projects that span multiple industry sectors, including power generation (conventional and alternative energy), industrial and manufacturing, transportation and infrastructure, education, sports and entertainment, and commercial and multi-use building construction. She has provided construction consulting services on projects of many sizes and contracting methods and provides a balanced range of perspectives from public and private owners/operators to contractors, engineers, architects, and equipment suppliers. She regularly focuses on schedule delay and disruption analysis, loss of productivity, and cost damage quantification issues, and participates in various phases of claims management and litigation, including change order review; discovery, mediation, and settlement discussions; and preparing expert reports and briefs. As part of her practice, Erin also provides due diligence consulting services to private investors looking to invest in companies in the construction industry.
Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) and a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).
