She established her career in working for several engineering and design companies where she encompassed many roles. Erin’s expertise is in structural damage assessments, hazard mitigation, and building code interpretation with regards to code-required upgrades to existing structures. The projects she has worked on include forensic structural evaluations, cause-and-origin investigations, wind vs. water determinations, and construction deficiencies. She has performed forensic investigations for structural damage caused by hurricanes, flooding, wind, hail, tornadoes, earthquakes, mudslides, and snow/ice storms.
