Mr. Lewis has over 29 years of law enforcement experience where he specialized in traffic crash reconstruction. He has assisted State Attorneys with criminal prosecutions of traffic homicides in Maryland and Florida. He has taught courses in crash reconstruction and motorcycle crash reconstruction, and he has driven in over 100 crash tests involving commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, and pedestrians. Mr. Lewis currently investigates and reconstructs crashes involving all types of surface transport vehicles in both criminal and civil court.
