Harper Burkeen joined J.S. Held in September of 2023 as part of J.S. Held’s acquisition of Environmental Consultants, LLC. He has over four years of experience in industrial hygiene, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance. He specializes in air quality assessments, asbestos and lead inspections, and environmental project management, supporting workplace safety and regulatory adherence.
Licensed in Illinois and Missouri, Harper managed high‑value EHS projects and consulted on large‑scale asbestos inspection and abatement assignments nationwide, with strong expertise in environmental monitoring and compliance practices. He is involved in on-site project monitoring, air sampling, lead removal projects, indoor air quality assessments, asbestos building inspections, and microbial investigations.
Harper holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Science and Business Administration from McKendree University.
