Henry Perez Alvarez joined the J.S. Held team in 2020. Henry’s previous experience includes analysis, design, monitoring, testing, and implementation of the Windows server platform (Azure and on-premises). Focused on planning, installing, configuring, and upgrading Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises and online).
As Senior Infrastructure Engineer of J.S. Held LLC, Henry is responsible for the maintenance and operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers (primarily Azure and limited on-premises), and networks and phone systems. Henry also plans, installs, maintains, upgrades, and continuously monitors and improves the technology operating environment.
