He offers high-level consulting and expert advisory services to retailers, brands, and manufacturers worldwide, specializing in regulatory frameworks for the UK, EU, and USA.
Iain guides clients through regulatory risk assessments, ingredient compliance, safety evaluations, marketing claims, and lifecycle management. He is experienced in post-market surveillance, incident reporting, and managing customer complaints. He has played a key role in improving industry practices, serving on the European Commission’s Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP) development team and contributing to multiple trade association working groups focused on emerging regulatory issues.
