For the past 12 years, Jake has worked in the construction cost business specializing in complex project valuation, construction estimating, and claim cost analysis. Jake’s consulting projects have encompassed buildings and facilities in the industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, hospitality, waste, and water treatment, amusement, habitation, office transportation, and educational sectors throughout the U.S.
Jake’s background prior to construction consulting included estimating and procuring projects, execution of projects, client relations, and on-the-job problem-solving through the excavation field. Jake also has on-the-job training in the concrete pour foundation/wall industry, commercial landscaping, asphalt paving, and irrigation fields.
