During his time as a construction consultant, Jeffrey Pearson has been strongly involved in numerous domestic assignments, with a focus on water and fire/smoke damage in large commercial and residential projects. He also developed a specialty in project/site monitoring, which includes scope development, project cost analysis, and daily records of labor and equipment usage.
Prior to joining J.S.Held in 2017, Jeffrey worked as a landscape professional, developing project estimates and maintaining customer relationships. He is also highly knowledgeable in residential and commercial irrigation and landscape design.
