Jeremy is a construction expert who specializes in the forensic analysis of Builder’s Risk insurance claims. His work often includes the development of complex ‘but-for’ scenarios to quantify the cost and schedule impacts associated with discrete events. He has worked on claims across numerous industries including energy, oil & gas, public infrastructure, hotels, condominiums, and convention centers with claim values in excess of $1bn.
Jeremy has extensive construction knowledge from
prior roles as Project Manager for a General Contractor and Engineer of Record
for a multi-discipline Architecture/Engineering firm. He also has great
attention to detail which he credits to four years spent in the United States
Marine Corps. Jeremy utilizes his experience and skills to carry out thorough
analyses with well-supported findings that are clearly communicated. Jeremy has
a BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
