Jimmy Hajek, CTP, joined J.S. Held’s Strategic Advisory Group in July of 2025 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of MorrisAnderson. He is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience providing operational reorganization, financial restructuring, and bankruptcy advisory services for diverse parties, including debtors, creditors, investors, and unsecured creditor constituents in several industries such as automotive and heavy truck supply chain, airport concessions, construction supply, oil and gas, agriculture, plating, furniture, hospitality, and manufacturing.  

Jimmy specializes in managing privately held companies, overseeing financial reporting for public and private entities, and developing reorganization, liquidation, and strategic business plans. Jimmy has led negotiations for mergers and acquisitions, debt refinancing, credit facilities, and creditor workout plans.

His background includes collaboration with private equity firms, turnaround consulting, and entrepreneurial ventures in the oil and gas, real estate, hospitality, and transportation sectors. Recent roles include CEO and CFO of a Tier II automotive plating company, Interim CFO and Financial Advisor for a nutrition company, Liquidation Advisor for a logistics firm, and Chief Restructuring Officer for a 95-location quick-service restaurant franchisee.
