John Fay has more than 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. At J.S. Held, John provides Owner’s Representation and Project Support Services to markets such as mixed-use development, multi-family, commercial office, and retail to healthcare, educational, private, and public works engagements. Services include estimating, budgeting and budget management, scheduling, project representation, construction monitoring as well as quality control throughout the project.

Prior to joining J.S. Held, John worked as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, and Pre-Construction Manager for local, regional, and national construction firms. John has partnered with owners, designers, and owner's representatives to manage budgets, pre-construction activities, and manage construction (ground-up and complex renovations) quality control and close-out for healthcare institutions; education systems; the federal government; and Fortune 500, medium, and small businesses.
