Jonathan has experience providing expert testimony in federal court on various accounting, economic, and financial issues. For over 25 years, his work has included evaluation of economic damage, lost profits, complex financial modeling, valuation, forensic accounting, financial statement analysis, cost and compliance auditing, cost accounting, fraudulent conveyance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property infringement. Jonathan has testified at trial in U.S. District Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. Jonathan has also authored expert reports and testified at depositions and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
He has worked on matters involving numerous specialized industries such as insurance, pharmaceuticals, construction, manufacturing, government contracts, hospitality, retail markets, commercial fishing, nuclear power, electric utilities, and energy. Jonathan has also assisted counsel with written discovery, depositions, cross-examination of fact and expert witnesses at trial, and settlement negotiations. Jonathan serves as a Managing Director in the Washington D.C. Metro area. He is responsible for leading engagements providing investigative and forensic services to public and private sector clients across North America.
Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude with honors, from the University of Maryland.
