Joseph Ferrullo has a strong background in disaster restoration. During his years in the industry, he has specialized in water mitigation, fire mitigation, microbial contamination, biohazard mitigation, and large loss projects. He has also obtained multiple industry certifications that endorse his practices. Joseph’s consulting projects have encompassed buildings and facilities in the commercial, industrial, healthcare, residential, transportation, religious, and education/university sectors throughout North America.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Joe held the position of general manager at a restoration contracting company that served all of North Jersey. He has expert experience with scope, estimating, customer relations, and managing projects of various sizes, both residential and commercial. His hands-on experience, estimating background, and management skills in the restoration industry have allowed Joseph to assess any condition accurately. Joseph’s creativity and expertise have brought great problem-solving skills to both J.S. Held and our clients.
Joseph is a Vice President in J.S. Held’s Building Consulting practice, primarily focused on property damage estimating and project management. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large, complex insurance losses. Joseph has done extensive work in appraiser/umpire assignments.
