Joe has more than a decade of experience in collision reconstruction and vehicle product safety investigations. He has managed and provided technical direction in over 1,000 accident reconstruction investigations and has been exposed to over 1,000 vehicle product safety investigations.
Joe is known for an objective, methodical approach and has been qualified as an expert witness in accident reconstruction, slip, trip, and fall investigations, and Ontario Building Code compliance. He specializes in severity analysis, driver behavior evaluation, suspected fraudulent collisions, crash data retrieval, vehicle fire investigations, and analysis of Toyota safety systems.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace from Carleton University.
