Kathy provides expert witness testimony and litigation support for partnership dispute resolutions and various accounting and economic issues.
Kathy has held the positions of CEO, President, and Vice President, where she played a pivotal role in company restructuring to enhance business performance and mitigate market-induced financial harm. She has performed forensic accounting services for over 200 cases and has served as an expert witness in both court-appointed and private engagements for civil and criminal cases.
In addition to her professional practice, Kathy is an adjunct university professor, teaching accounting graduate and undergraduate courses. She has delivered presentations on various topics, including family law, forensic accounting basics, careers in forensic accounting, fraud and its impact on small businesses, cash flow calculations, and business valuations. Kathy also teaches certified professional education (CPE) for other CPAs on family law, business valuations, and asset tracing. The California State CPA Society has recognized Kathy as a CPA Trailblazer.
