Summary of Experience:
Kevin is a professional forensic engineer with over 12 years of experience in construction engineering and management, including design of support for excavation and temporary shoring systems, forensic analysis, critical lift planning, building settling, foundations and underpinning, specification review, root cause analysis, site geotechnical analysis, and constructability review.
Kevin has experience with private and public sector projects, having closely worked with developers, municipal, and federal agencies. His projects include office, retail, medical, civil infrastructure, and rail transit. His holistic understanding of disparate building elements allows him to recognize how seemingly unrelated details in structure, soil mechanics, materials, and construction, may intersect to form a weakness in the building envelop.
Kevin provides incisive forensic analysis of many building issues, by quickly identifying correlations that are often otherwise overlooked. His broad background and expertise, combined with initiative, leadership skills, and a “can-do” attitude, make for a strong asset on any project.
