Kevin Hoyos is a Civil Engineer with experience in structural engineering and transportation infrastructure, including bridges and buildings designed to withstand wind and seismic loads. His expertise spans reinforced concrete, structural steel, and fiber‑reinforced polymers (FRP).
Kevin specializes in seismic and wind vulnerability assessments, structural pathology, and damage evaluation of buildings and infrastructure.
