Kevin To, M. Eng., P. Eng., Ing., CP, joined J.S. Held in August of 2025 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of GHL Consultants, Ltd.
With a focus on fire engineering, Kevin has experience with Code consulting for a wide range of buildings, including public transit-related construction, and developing an alternate Code-compliant approach, such as performance-based designs.
Kevin holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in fire safety from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
