Kim Kelley joined the J.S. Held team in 2018, bringing with her 20 years of extensive experience in property insurance and disaster restoration. She began her career as a field claims adjuster then transitioned her experience into the property restoration arena where she worked as an Associate for an international restoration company. During her tenure with that brand, Kim worked for franchises in both South Carolina and California before spearheading the launch of a new division at the corporate level.

Kim’s expertise lies in handling complex projects, challenging structure repairs, and intricate content restoration jobs. She maintains a Florida All-Lines Adjuster License and has extensive experience evaluating and estimating property damage caused by fire, water, flood, mold, wind, hail, hurricane, and tornado. The diversity of Kim’s experience empowers her as a consultant, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages, policy language, and adjuster needs, as well as a real world understanding and appreciation of what it really takes to get the job done.
