Kimberly Hirstius is an environmental specialist with project experience in the assessment of indoor and outdoor air quality, lead, fire damage, water and mold damage, and asbestos. Kimberly’s involvement in these projects includes to performed initial and post inspections, collecting samples and interpretation of analytical data, remediation oversights, project monitoring and documentation, writing reports, and remediation/restoration protocols. Kimberly graduated from University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Kimberly has been involved in multiple catastrophe and emergency response projects, related to Hurricane Matthew, Baton Rouge Flood, Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Irma, Denver Hailstorm, California Mudslides, Marco Polo Condo Fire in Hawaii, and Hurricane Michael.
Kimberly is currently a Louisiana and Hawaii licensed Asbestos Contractor Supervisor; a Louisiana, Mississippi, and Hawaii Licensed Asbestos Inspector; a Hawaii licensed Asbestos Project Monitor, and a FLIR Level I Building Investigator.
