Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a team leader of the marketing and sales team for Mandarin Consulting International Inc. She was responsible for client management, email marketing, and planning multiple online / offline activities. Prior to MC, she worked as a social media specialist for several companies to achieve results. Layna was a central player in an Autism Project where she served as a video editor and contributed to a series of public health documentaries to support autistic children and their families. She has working experience in media, not-for-profit, and career coaching companies in the areas of marketing, social media, video editing, business analysis, and international customer communication.
Layna has a Master's of Science in Television Management from Drexel University.
