He has managed and estimated numerous claims for commercial, residential, and multi-family building losses, working individually and with teams.
Matthew has prepared spreadsheets analyzing project costs and estimate accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and performing quantity take-offs of blueprints and schematics for building measurements. He has also prepared and implemented job site budgets, including material and labor costs while managing job site production quality and consistently completing projects under budget and ahead of schedule.
