Monica founded Forensic Accountants & Consultants in 2013. She provides forensic accounting, business valuation, economic damages, and financial investigation services in connection with commercial disputes, fraud matters, shareholder disputes, business interruption claims, lost profits analyses, royalty disputes, eminent domain proceedings, asset tracing matters, and family law-related financial disputes across the United States and Latin America.
Monica has served as an expert witness more than 200 times in state courts and arbitration proceedings, including matters before the AAA, FINRA, and ICC International Court of Arbitration, and has performed work for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Monica Caswell has supported complex matters involving Spanish-language financial records, multinational businesses, and cross-border financial issues. She holds a Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in Accounting Information Systems from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with an emphasis in International Business from the University of Tampa.
