Nathan "Nate" Halpin has over ten years of experience in the construction industry and four years of consulting experience in the US, Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands. His expertise spans project and program management, construction scheduling, forensic schedule analysis, claim review, inspections, and coordination on residential, commercial, industrial, civil, and renewable energy projects.
As a Managing Director at J.S. Held, Nathan focuses on Builder’s Risk claim review. He is also involved in schedule delay analysis, estimating, construction claim review, and on-site progress monitoring and reporting. Nathan has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States. He has consulted on large, complex insurance losses, including multi-family, renewable energy, heavy civil and industrial projects, and major international projects.
Nathan is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Colorado State University.
