Neal Thunder Chief is the Regional Practice Manager for J.S. Held based out of Lethbridge, Alberta. Neal has the dual responsibility for managing the Southern Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba Markets; as well as the Storm Division. Neal is responsible for the region's business development and day to day operations and is recognized for his expertise in a diverse array of property claims, including commercial, institutional, agricultural, high end residential, and multi-family condominium projects.

In addition to his daily oversight of the Southern Canadian Prairies Team, Neal is the primary expert on the delivery of storm-related consulting services, a division he helped create after his direct involvement in some of Canada’s largest catastrophes including the 2013 Calgary and Southern Alberta Floods, 2011 Slave Lake Wildfire and numerous Hail, Flood and Tornado events throughout Canada. He holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), HAAG and Canada Green Building Council (LEED).
