This experience includes exposure to a large variety of building types: municipal, industrial, institutional, commercial/retail, residential, condominium, long-term care facilities, entertainment, and recreation industry.
Nicholas has advanced technical Building Science expertise and Project Management experience including Building Condition Assessments, Reserve Fund Studies and Engineering Consulting. Nicholas has experience in all aspects of building sciences including engineering consulting, project management, building restoration work, property condition assessments, comprehensive reserve fund studies, water damage investigations, performance / technical audits, building envelope failures, life safety, code analysis and hazardous materials experience.
He is a dependable and self-motivated professional with 30+ years of experience in the construction industry and estimating field. Nicholas can identify labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, construction plans, and associated documents with a thorough understanding of fundamental construction principles. Nicholas possesses excellent foresight and planning when working on construction projects. He can effectively communicate with all levels in the construction industry.
