Nicole Garner joined the J.S. Held team on November 2019 with 12 years of experience in the construction consulting field. Ms. Garner is the point of contact for general administrative requests and serves as primary contact to send/receive documents stored on and off-site. Ms. Garner oversees all daily office management tasks and steps in to perform various tasks as necessary (e.g. fund control disbursement, assisting with payment bond claims, obtaining lien releases, etc). Ms. Garner maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. She actively participates in discussions and/or meetings concerning team processes.
Ms. Garner has strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal, team members, and external clients at all levels in a clear, accurate, focused, and concise manner.
