Nicole Olivier joined J.S. Held in January of 2025 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Technorm Inc.
With nearly 25 years of experience, Nicole is a benchmark in building codes and standards. She is a technical advisor who analyzes the application of construction and fire safety regulatory requirements to projects in the design phase, including new and existing buildings.
As an experienced trainer, Nicole managed the professional training courses at Technorm, which were prepared and given by our professionals in Montréal and Québec City offices.
Since 2014, Nicole has represented the Ordre des Architectes du Québec at meetings of the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec's advisory committees regarding the development of the new regulations for the Quebec Construction and Safety Code.
